C-MAX Ltd is based in Dorset, England and was established in 1992 to develop and manufacture innovative sidescan sonar systems. To complement our innovative sidescan sonar we also manufacture our own compact deployment winch which has been in production for 15 years, with systems in use all over the world.
The Vigo is the result of focused development effort by our skilled engineers, having identified an area of the market that was not well served by existing products. All parts of the Vigo, from the mechanical design through to the electronics and operating software are developed in-house.
